We don’t offer free surveys—because we believe in providing a professional, unbiased inspection carried out by qualified surveyors. Our pricing is straightforward:

  • 1x area in a house: £60 +VAT

  • 2x areas in a house: £80 +VAT

  • Multiple areas in a house: £120 +VAT

How It Works

  1. Initial phone call

  2. Follow-up email & text message requesting details

  3. Survey booked at a convenient time

  4. Full written report and quote within 48 hours

  5. Work scheduled and completed

  6. A full digital completion file (via Yepic) provided to you and a hard copy guarantee will be sent in the post.
